Regime meetings, Board of Stewards meetings, BIYC-sponsored events for members, member private events, and non-member private events should be reflected on the Event Calendar.

To reserve a BIYC facility, submit the Member Facility Reservation form. The calendar will be reviewed and you should receive a response within 3 business days.

For applicable events, a requested reservation is not confirmed and placed on the calendar until required deposits and a signed Terms and Conditions of Use are provided.
