Belle Isle Yacht Club is located on beautiful Winyah Bay, surrounded by picturesque gardens and the historic Battery White. The elegant waterfront Yacht Club facility, built in 2008, can be used by members or for rent by the public, for business and social occasions. The two-story floor plan features large versatile open spaces suitable for a variety of functions. The second floor is accessible by stairs or elevator and has a reception area, screened in porch and a commercial kitchen.  

Residents have full free access to this facility year round.

Associate Memberships are also available for non-owner of BIYC.
An Associate Membership may be extended to a Belle Isle Yacht Club owner in good standing who is selling their home. It may also be purchased by a non-owner for a one-time initiation fee of $8,000. The same monthly fee as is paid by residential members applies to associate members ($500 in 2025-2026). Associate Members are also subject to community-wide special assessment fees, like residential members.

The Associate Membership entitles use of all the amenities of the Belle Isle Yacht Club and Marina,  the same as residential members. This includes the pools, pickleball courts, and Pawleys Island beach house, as well as the use of the Yacht Club Building and Rice Canal Building for private parties, without facility rental fees. Boat slips, boat lifts, boat storage at the marina and trailer storage require additional monthly charges.
