Flood Insurance
FEMA flood plain maps show that each building in Regime III has one or more units located in a flood zone. Flood insurance is written on a full building, since damages to one portion of a building in a flood zone may indirectly cause damage to a portion of the building that is not in the flood zone. In addition, "identical" buildings may have a higher premium based on a variety of factors, even if the unit count, type and size are identical between two buildings. The following links provide the information available for each building.
